Understanding Personal Boundaries

Personal boundaries can be organised into three main categories. Understanding and identifying these categories can help you make clearer decisions about your comfort levels in different situations.

Before you start

There's no account and nothing is sent anywhere. What you write is saved in this browser only, so use Print or Save as PDF at the end if you want to keep it.

    Your worksheet

    Start wherever feels easiest

There's no required order. Some people find it easier to name what's clearly fine first, others start with what clearly isn't. The grey area is often easier once you have what's acceptable and unacceptable.
